Masan Properties is a Saudi luxury real estate firm built on architectural excellence and attention to detail, where sophistication and vision define every development. The project required a comprehensive brand identity capable of reflecting Masan's upscale values across residential and lifestyle touchpoints.

As part of the identity refinement, the original wordmark was revisited. The initial version, while clean, carried a stroke weight too light for a brand of this stature — it read as delicate where it needed to feel permanent. The letterforms were updated to a heavier weight with tighter tracking, giving MASAN the presence and authority expected of a luxury property brand. The mark now holds its own across all applications — from business cards to building facades — without losing its architectural elegance.
